About the Bookshop
The RIAS Bookshop is based in the RIAS Building at 15 Rutland Square, Edinburgh. We sell Contracts, including all of the popular Scottish Building Contracts and RIAS Appointment Forms, as well as Books on architecture and design. These are all available in store and online from our specialist bookshop.

Special Order Service
We do hope that you will be able to find what you are looking for, but if you are looking for older versions of contracts or other titles we can order most in, with delivery to store often less than 48 hours. This service is free, please contact our Bookshop staff on 0131 229 7545, email Bookshop@rias.org.uk who will be happy to help with your enquiry.

Delivery
We endeavour to dispatch Website orders within one day of receipt but we cannot guarantee next-day delivery. Orders over 150 qualify for FREE UK Delivery.

Collection
Online Click and Collect.
Contracts and books can be purchased for collection from the RIAS Bookshop, 15 Rutland Square, Edinburgh, EH1 2BE.
To order for collection please select the collection option in the checkout area of the online Bookshop,call 0131 229 7545 (9am-5pm, Mon-Fri) or email Bookshop@rias.org.uk
Please allow for email confirmation that goods are ready for collection before calling in to the shop, if collection is urgent please contact the bookshop at time of order.
Mail Order
We also provide a mail order service for customers who wish to order their goods by telephone, fax or email. Our friendly bookshop staff, are always on hand during office hours (9am-5pm, Mon-Fri) to help with any queries you may have on locating and ordering publications.
Returns Policy
We are happy to refund goods up to 60 days after purchase. Items must be unused, in good condition and returned with the receipt or invoice. Over 60 days up to 1 year from the date of purchase we will offer an exchange, exclusions apply.

Holiday closure:
Please note that the RIAS / RIAS Bookshop is closed on the following 2019 public holidays:
- 15th April
- 19th April & 22nd April
- 6th May
- 20th May
- 16th September
- 24th December 2019 (from 12.00)
- 25th December 2019 and reopen on the 3rd of January 2020.
(The Online Bookshop will remain open during the holidays, however please note deliveries will be dispatched once the Bookshop has re-opened)
