Refund policy

Cancellation

Customers may cancel their order at any time before dispatch by e-mailing our Bookshop team at bookshop@rias.org.uk or calling +44 (0)131 229 7545. A refund will be made as soon as possible after cancellation, within 30 days at the latest.

Refunds will be issued by the same payment method used when placing the order.

Return of Damaged or Incorrectly Dispatched Goods

In the event that customers wish to return goods that are damaged within 30 days of receiving them, a full refund for the goods ordered and the original shipping costs will be given.

After 30 days and within six months of receiving damaged goods, a replacement or exchange may be offered.

For incorrectly dispatched goods, the RIAS Bookshop will request the goods to be returned. We will offer the customer either a full refund for the goods ordered (including the original shipping costs), or will dispatch the correct goods out to the customer.

The RIAS Bookshop will cover the cost of returning damaged or incorrectly dispatched goods, or will arrange to have them collected. The goods should be returned (with original packaging when possible).

Customers wishing to return unwanted or incorrectly ordered goods for a refund may do so up to 30 days after the invoice date.

No refunds are given for electronic documentation/downloads. Goods must be returned in a re-saleable condition with original packaging if possible. The customer must arrange for the goods to be returned at their own expense. A refund for the goods (excluding original shipping costs) will be provided within 30 days of receipt of the returned items. Exclusions apply to special orders, please contact us for more information before placing an order.
