Shipping policy

The RIAS Bookshop endeavours to dispatch website orders within one working day of receipt. Our trading hours are Monday to Fridays, 10:00 - 17:00, this excludes public holiday closures.

Special Delivery Rates

We cannot guarantee next day delivery for online orders. Worldwide Delivery

The RIAS Online Bookshop only delivers within the UK. If you are looking for delivery outside the UK please contact our Bookshop team for a quote by emailing bookshop@rias.org.uk or calling +44 (0)131 229 7545.

 

Missing or Damaged Deliveries

If your delivery has not turned up please contact our Bookshop team by emailing bookshop@rias.org.uk or calling +44 (0)131 229 7545 to ask our team to investigate. Please allow one additional working day, depending on the rate selected at the checkout, before contacting us.
